If that is enough damage to reduce that Planeswalker's loyalty to 0, the player who owns that Planeswalker will stop using it and both players will treat that Planeswalker as though it is not there. IF the player who owns Oath of Chandra actively targets a Planeswalker with it's second ability and that ability does not appear to trigger, both players will play the game as if that targeted Planeswalker took that 2 damage as stated in Oath of Chandra's second ability. So, here is how we will handle a bug with Oath of Chandra in the final game of Steam Showdown Vol. It appears to happen mostly on the XBone, but some instances have been observed on Steam as well. This is a rare event I haven't seen it until very recently and it is a blip in the bug threads I've been reading. However, this is Duels, and this is not the case since it handles those triggers (or at least is supposed to handle those triggers). If they forget, when and if it does come to light that it was missed, the opponent would get to decide if it happened or not, retroactively. Normally without a computer the player who owns the Oath is supposed to remember the triggered ability and make sure it happens. Oath of Chandra's second ability is a triggered ability. ![]() If the game forces you to do something that is contrary to the rules, make it right (ie, if you get away with casting/doing something for free and there should have been a cost, add the appropriate mana to your mana pool and let it drain at the end of the current phase). Regardless of what you can do, don't do anything that is contrary to the rules of the cards/game as written. We are going to use a little common sense here. You, the player, will have (hopefully) been practicing with your deck for some time and know any buggy interactions that occur with the cards you have selected for your deck. I'm including this paragraph from the rules in the OP: OK, I've been sitting on this a bit mulling it over.
